I have scheduled another ECE call in 2 weeks in order to discuss more fully issues raised in Bratislava as well as topics that were not discussed due to time limitations

• Device complications - Issue with device itself

• Sepsis

• Moving hypersensitivity conditions and dispositions under clinical findings

• Review of final editorial guidelines for complications and sequelae – new decisions made since London meeting

• Modeling combined events

• Exacerbated by

• Proposed model discussed

  • Testing to be present next call

• Discussion around whether sepsis as opposed to multi-organ dysfunction implies the co-occurrence of infection

  • Will discuss again when @Jim Case present

  • Adding pathological process of dysregulated host response as a subtype of abnormal immune response and remodeling disorder of immune function as fully defined with a pathological process of the latter will result in Sepsis inheriting a parent of disorder of immune function

    • Test model will be presented during next call

• Allergy project group to meet biweekly to discuss modeling in light of changes to substance hierarchy with input from aller CRG

• No objections from today's attendees

• Clinical findings associated with events and events due to clinical findings requires more analysis

  • Events caused by physical objects and substances can probably me modeled and fully defined

• Model using new/unnaproved attribute aggravated by generally agreed to.

  • Question as to whether aggravated by and exacerbated by means the same thing
