Reference Set Update

3.1 Reference set update

The description of a type of reference set that will be created (simple) was shared. The benefits of a set, considerations for its development, progress thus far, and the questions identified for managing the reference set were also provided. The communications and the audience(s) for the communications are yet to be developed. 

At the February 2023 meeting, more will be shared about the ability to see reference sets in the SNOMED CT browser.

SNOMED Briefing Note for the Member Forum and Content Managers Advisory Group

E. Wooler shared the information about the new SNOMED CT concepts for IDDSI. As of today, they are visible in the SNOMED CT daily build. They are scheduled to be released January 31, 2023. The announcement and briefing note are at left.
