| Agenda review and approval of minutes 2.1 July 2022 minutes | C. Papoutsakis | The agenda and minutes (July) were approved by consensus.
| Nutrition CPG Progress Pilot Test 03.1 Pilot test: NI concept modeling 03.2 Pilot test tracking July 31, 2022 Release 03.3 July 31, 2022 release verification Template Compliance 03.4 Compliance summary 03.5 Nutritional observable compliance 03.6 Nutrition finding compliance 03.7 Modified substance diet compliance | D. Pertel E. Wooler | Pilot Test The NCPT concept, Collaboration with Other Providers (RC-1.4), will be mapped to 1155752006 |Liaising with healthcare provider (procedure)|. This is consistent with the approach by the Nursing CRG who are mapping collaboration concepts to liaising concepts and with the recommendation reaffirmed by the Academy's Classification subcommittee. With this review complete, the review of 89 concepts in the pilot test is now finished. Submissions 74 concepts were submitted and released in SNOMED CT between January 31, 2022 and July 31, 2022. One concept, Ability to obtain safe food (observable entity), was rejected as implied in 286440006 |Ability to obtain food (observable entity)|. J. Millar requested additional information about the concepts and resources will be sent including: Approximately 220 concepts (10% of the total) remain to be submitted from the 2020 NCPT. Template compliance reports were shared for all 3 templates. All misalignments can be explained.
| JIRA Projects and Nutrition Clinical Reference Group (CRG) Formation 04.1 JIRA - Nutrition projects and status 04.2 Projects for Nutrition CRG | D. Pertel J. Millar | Of the 63 nutrition projects that have been tracked as part of this work, 58 are resolved. Of the unresolved items, two are related to Substance 358 and one is related to the pilot project, which is complete as of today. Tracking will continue to monitor those that are unresolved. Other nutrition related work has been identified and would be appropriate for a Nutrition Clinical Reference Group. This helps support the need for the group. J. Millar will speak with others at SNOMED International about possible formation of this group.
| Goal Setting Concepts Update | J. Millar | J. Millar shared that this topic has been discussed by members of the Nursing CRG and the Clinical Leads group. It also has relevance to the Social Care group with whom J. Millar is working. While a plan has not yet been iterated, this has broad applicability across many professions. Further updates will come in the future.
| International Dysphagia Diet Standardization Initiative (IDDSI) Update | J. Millar | A collaboration agreement is in progress between SNOMED International and IDDSI to include IDDSI content in SNOMED CT. E. Wooler shared that specific concepts have been drafted for eventual release, including those existing in NCPT.
