Historically it was a synonym for manipulation of oxygen dynamics. Neither the  Anesthesia CRG nor the Mental Health CRG have use for the concept. E. Wooler will address inactivation (Ambiguous or Outdated with relevant associations).

386367000 |Mutual goal setting (regime/therapy)| is accepted as a valid concept.  

386429002 |Self-modification assistance (regime/therapy)|

The origin of this concept appears to be in nursing. There are no current PubMed references that describe this idea. E. Wooler will address inactivation.

J. Millar suggested that a multidisciplinary group should be considered to identify the concepts needed and used by many professions, such as, goal setting, shared team goals, client centered goals, and mutual goal setting. D. Pertel will share this with the Nursing CRG representatives who also have an interest in this topic.

Members supported the revised modeling suggested for 248302001 Excess subcutaneous fat (finding)|

E. Wooler will explore whether Decreased and Loss are considered synonyms before a final decision can be made about the modeling for the 248316006 |Loss of subcutaneous fat (finding)| concept.
