Discussion of the translation guidelines:
FSN is the source of truth; this must be stressed
Distinction between formal, logical definition, FSN, language definition and synonyms
The reference to ISO definition is more likely to confuse than help; we can remove it. Alternative: Compared to more general …, in this case a definition is …
Add: when the formal definition does not align with the FSN, report it to Snomed International
