A few revisions/additions made. See: Next step is to update draft editorial guide document and send to MHA. Model for Propensity to allergic rhinitis caused by X incorrect as contains the morphology of inflammation which might not be present in the disposition. Solution is to remove the role group containing associated morphology=inflammation + finding site=structure of mucous membrane of nose and making concept primitive which would result in it being subsumed by allergy to X rather than allergic rhinits.
