Out of scope |Allergy to X (disorder)| concepts, as identified by the Allergy/Hypersensitivity and Intolerance Clinical Reference Group, have been inactivated. See the CRG Confluence space for additional details. Allergies/Hypersensitivity and Intolerance Clinical Reference Group A list of the concepts reviewed and action taken is updated periodically and is located at:
|
5 | Simple co-occurrence editorial guidelines | @Bruce Goldberg @Jim Case | Revised editorial guidelines for combined disorders |
|
6 | Device infections | @Bruce Goldberg @Jim Case | Draft editorial guidelines | Awaiting approval by @Jim Case @Yongsheng Gao suggested a more appropriate finding site for prosthetic joint infection would be joint region structure (would need to be created) rather than joint structure.
Note that above approach may not be generalizable to other device infections e.g. 240272004 |Bone fixation device infection (disorder)| which inherits a parent of Infection of bone (disorder) in spite of the descendants of 240272004 being external fixation infections. Requires further discussion. |
7 | Sepsis model | @Bruce Goldberg @Jim Case | Addition of pathological process dysregulated host response (a child of abnormal immune response) in test model results in sepsis inferring a parent of Disorder of immune function. Group felt this was OK.
| Sepsis – test modeling with pathological process.pptx Still Need approval by Jim Case |
