• Review and revision of the editorial guidance for use of PATHOLOGICAL PROCESS and the associated qualifier value set.

• Coordinate with Event-condition-episode changes (Structure-disposition-process proposal), and coordinate with ASSOCIATED-MORPHOLOGY modeling.

Allergies

• Use of GCIs for modeling allergic condition class (SDP)

• Revised model for allergic contact dermatitis using allergic contact hypersensitivity and descendants

• Revised briefing document with timeline

• @Yongsheng Gao felt using GCIs for modeling the condition classes was useful as classification od descendants would be correct and avoids creating intermediate grouper

• Modeling of allergy to combined drugs discussed. Using GCIs results in allergy to each component being subsumed by allergy to the combined drug which seems more beneficial than the current state where allergy to the combined drug is subsumed by allergy to both components. Further discussion needed to determine whether the former situation is correct.

• Timeline revised - phase 2 - remodeling of allergic dispositions moved to Jan. 2019

• @Former user (Deleted) suggested current work involving retirement of allergy to inappropriate groupers be reviewed by implemeters involved in decision support.

• Revised model for contact dermatitis using more specific pathological process qualifier values (e.g. IgE mediated allergic contact hypersensitivity process (qualifier value) approved.

Sepsis

@Bruce Goldberg to test modeling both with and without the PATHOLOGICAL PROCESS = Dysregulated host response (qualifier value)

Group approved addition off pathological process dysregulated host response relationship to the model for sepsis which then inherits an additional parent of disorder of immune function once the latter is remodeled.
