Follow-up: Culture-specific content which causes challanges in translation

As a follow-up from several tickets and a discussion in the Member Forum in Oslo in April, I would a more systematic approach, so I propose a survey:

I would like feedback on this approach and the form itself.

@Ole Kristian Våge will make new version of the form based on input from the group: 

• Add Finding as a hierarchy

• Split "Yes, and they've been translated." to 1 "Yes, and some of them have been translated" and 2 "Yes, and all of them have been translated"

• Make it possible to write a free-text comment under each option.
