SNOMED Representation of Patient-Friendly Terms

During the EXPO in Lissabon I promised to share the results of the then very early work I was part of investigating patient friendly terms in Sweden and elsewhere. The report was finished just before summer and has now been translated to English. The work investigated how Sweden in particular, but also The Netherlands, Finland and New Zeeland, have gone about with PF terms and proposes a way forward in Sweden.
Perhaps it can be interesting for other countries or extension holders but take note the report is written primarily about and for a Swedish setting, so all might not be applicable elsewhere and some things might have been lost or distorted in translation #majordisclaimer.
