Can I ask a question - if an SD ulcer described as Acute or Chronic and with an Associated morphology of either Acute ulcer (morphologic abnormality) or Chronic ulcer (morphologic abnormality) but missing the Clinical course value acute or chronic, as most of them are, can the Template normalization be made to fix this or can this be fixed by another mechanism?
For example, 95530000 |Chronic gastric ulcer (disorder)| is missing the clinical course = chronic.
@Nicola Ingram , unfortunately this is not part of normalisation. I did a quick query and found about 200 concepts modelled by acute or chronic morphologies. You can request for a separate task for batch changes by @Peter Williams
@Nicola Ingram , I made some changes to the template, included additional causative agent of physical force and restricted the role group to 1..1 to address potential crossover. The description included 'due to fin/proc' to reflect the model. The link to misalignment reports are added. The simple and optional complex report would be the report to work on. If you do not have any further changes, this template is ready for implementation.
