Hi @Farzaneh Ashrafi, I have added the template language and made some further changes to range constraints. We will need to test the due to Event approach for relationships an organism. As I mentioned at the discussion, this will generate the classification results that a condition caused by X substance will subsume a condition caused by X substance due to event. This is a different direction of subsumption that @Bruce Goldberg asked for allergy to organisms.

I just ran the misaligned report and it seemed to me that the template language needed a bit of syntax modification so I made some adjustments. Do you mind reviewing it and letting me know if you agree with the changes?
Also, the finding site is mandatory in the current template language: [[~1..1]] 363698007 |Finding site (attribute)| = [[ +id(<< 39937001 |Skin structure (body structure)| )]]
Can I change it to optional, [[~0..1]], to match the template (see attribute cardinality for finding site)? If it is in fact a required filed, we should change the attribute cardinality.

Hi @Farzaneh Ashrafi, I agree with you. The finding site should be mandatory in order to classify these conditions under the skin disorder. It would useful to note the exceptions as we discussed.

As discussed I updated the template (including the template language) to include clinical finding as an acceptable value for range of "Due to" attribute.
