Hi @Cathy Richardson, I have updated the format for cardinalities in the concept model. The role group cardinality is changed to one to detect if there are any multiple role groups. The parent concept might need to be changed to |Craniofacial cleft| because it is a primitive concept. If |Craniofacial cleft| were changed to a fully defined concept, it will infer some additional subconcepts, e.g. 204521002 |Congenital cleft nose (disorder)|, 79261008 |Van der Woude syndrome (disorder)|, a genetic form of cleft lip and palate, 253159001 |Schizencephaly (disorder)|, 55999004 |Encephalocele (disorder)|, 1085711000119101 |Congenital split ear lobe (disorder)|. You might want to review these concepts because some could be missed subconcepts because |Craniofacial cleft| is primitive. But some inferred subconcepts would not be suitable.
