Hi @Former user (Deleted), I have updated the format for cardinality and also aligned the template language with the model. The causative agent cardinality is changed to 0..1 because overdose, accidental, or intentional overdose are not modelled by the agent. The cardinality is also restricted to 1 to avoid specifying multiple agents. If no further changes, please include the link to the alignment report that you are working on.
