According to April 2022 f2f Observables meeting, we aim to set up a Community Content Area for continued elaboration of Evaluation procedure remodeling.

Community Content Area can be a sandbox with no guarantees (unless provided specifically and externally).

What are the necessary steps?

• Formal request (supported by Head of Terminology)

  • Email to @Rory Davidson and @Jim Case with background, requirements, use case, what are the long-time goal, etc. + supporting member countries 

  • Create a new project

  • Load content @Daniel Karlsson

• Access to project in authoring platform for @Jim Campbell @Daniel Karlsson @Former user (Deleted) @Former user (Deleted) @Rob Hausam

Communication to community of practice.

Still awaiting support from member countries. Aim to collect support before September meeting to start operational planning of Community Area.

There is now a positive response from New Zealand, the UK, and Sweden.

An email as outlined above will be sent by Aug 31 asking for a Community Content Area for the project for the Senior Managment Team meeting Sep 7. The group is asked to comment on a draft to be posted Aug 25.

There are many possibilities of using the Community Content Area, e.g. for display of UK Unified Test List content, and while there may be mutual benefit the focus of this particular Community Area is to allow an informed decision on the future of Evaluation Procedure hierarchy content.
