I added a separator between RG 1 and 2 in the template. This is because the cardinality of RG1 is now 1..2 because we can have bilateral contractures, but the range of movement observable is 1..1.

Hi @Jim Case, I created the draft template language. It excludes the joint structure for finding site. However, it seems that exclusion of attribute values is not supported by the reporting platform. I have raised a tickets https://projects.jira.snomed.org/browse/RP-138 and https://projects.jira.snomed.org/browse/INFRA-3404 for @Peter Williams to look into it.
