Scope of construction phase

The proposed solution is detailed in Section 6 of this document with recommendations detailed in Section 7. The scope of the initial phase of this content project will be to review all existing content as identified in Appendix A and Appendix B in order to align the relationship groups and descriptions as set out in Section 7 where possible. This would represent the first phase of implementation to be undertaken in one release cycle.
The second phase will be to review all existing requests for new content currently in SIRS and would be undertaken in the subsequent release after completion of phase one to ensure that the released changes are implemented and allow time for stakeholder feedback.
To prevent recurrence of the problem the editorial guide must be aligned with the recommendations of Section 7 to ensure that modellers and requesters are supported by documentation.
