Refset containing the semantic tags?

Hi,

When discussing SNOMED CT implementation in Sweden I have received the question if IHTSDO distributes a refset (or similar) containing the semantic tags (see TIG 4.1.1.2.1) with associated links to the most generic concept that has the specific semantic tag. I have been unable to find that kind of refset. I therefore wonder if there is that kind of refset, and if not, would it be useful for someone else than my Swedish implementer?
