Allergy Implementation guide

• The implementation support group has created a template for implementation guides and has  reorganized our document to fit the template and added it to Confluence as a  WIP

• They have some areas of the document they would like us to address and clarify in the template notes

• They will copy the guide when it is ready to go public to a "Published" space, first removing all the resolved template notes.
