• Allergy to animals

• Proposal to create general allergy to animal protein concepts discussed. Question raised as to whether this means all proteins of that animal. Suggestion made to model these using GCIs that would classify existing animal proteins underneath or to somehow link existing animal proteins to organism. @Former user (Deleted) , @Yongsheng Gao@Bruce Goldberg to meet to discuss prototyping.

• @Marie-Alexandra Lambot raised question how to map if just using substances rather than allergy to substance concepts. Would Drs. know to choose e.g. cat protein while expecting to just see cat

  • In KPs EHR allergy checking module (based on FDB) the following are present:

    • CAT HAIR

    • DOG DANDER

    • DOG HAIR
