• Most responding countries using both substances and precoordinated allergy to substance concepts although use of the latter may be restricted to only a few common concepts used for problem list documentation

Severity scale for anaphylaxis

• Request from Netherlands (@Natasha Krul (Unlicensed)) to add severity scale for anaphylaxis

• Model discussed. @Marie-Alexandra Lambot drew comparison to 386557006 |Glasgow coma scale finding (finding)| subhierachy.

• Concepts would be primitive. Appropriate parent discussed - possibly 473011001 |Allergic condition (finding)| which is modeled using GCIs

• @Bruce Goldberg will test model

Allergy to animals

• Update on when role chaining might be implemented in order to link organism derived substances to organisms

• Scope of project needs to be determined in order to estimate resource requirement

  • Dr. van Maaren and @Natasha Krul (Unlicensed) to send in list of requirements

• As proposed model requires creation of new attribute, impact on other content needs to be investigated
