Query about existing findings content

Discussion: General agreement within UK contingent that this refers to an assessment made by the reporter that the foot of a diabetic is at various levels of risk of developing an ulcer. Agreement that existing concept is ambiguous and replacement concept should be a "Situation".

In light of existing "At risk" concepts currently being within the "findings" hierarchy a decision to use this hierarchy for now has been taken. Await feedback from PD.
