Feedback on proposed schedule

We have agreed that we should aim for a 2 week turnaround for work packages and based on this I would propose the following schedule:

9 March - Eyes 1 - Cataract, iritis and Macula disorders (42 concepts)
23 March - Eyes 2 - Proliferative and non-proliferative eye disorders (58 concepts)
6 April - Eyes 3 - wrap up of remaining eye disorders (approx 30 concepts)
27 April (added one week due to Easter) - Kidney disorders (45 concepts)
11 May - Nervous system 1 - Neuropathy (53 concepts)
1 June (Added one week for May school holiday) - Nervous system 2 + Soft Tissue 1 (vascular) 30+ concepts)
15 June - Soft tissue 2 - Skin lesions and ulcers etc (40+ concepts)
29 June - Metabolic disorders - 48 concepts
13 July  - Diabetic diagnoses 1
27 July - Diabetic diagnoses 2
10 August - Diabetic diagnoses 3
24 August review of progress and tidy up

In addition I propose that we have one Wednesday evening (UTC) one week after the first work package and then either fortnightly or 4 weekly zoom meetings with all clinicians to review any unresolved issues on Wednesdays.
