• Clinicians to be given access to draft webinars by Ian Green

• Offer of additional discussion with one of the core group members if required - Likely PA to lead on this

• Will require both Zoom meetings and individual working

• Work packages - see below, but concern expressed regarding timescales if work packages are too small

• Currently no requirement for April Face to Face meeting, but we will be given the opportunity for a 15min presentation at the clinical day

Clinician work packages

• Requirement for clear instructions

• Number of concepts

• Review cycle

• Draft feedback layout

• Some discussion over the number of concepts which should be made available in each work package. Decision to allow individual clinicians to go at a pace which suits them but with clear deadlines for completion (added by PA)

• Review cycle to be 4 weeks, 2 weeks for each work package followed by 2 weeks consolidation and feedback
