Terance - as missing Delta export package in the MSSP ticket
- But he added it later - this confirmed 15x refsets should have been updated, which matches the PCR results.
- Can't validate them properly (with record counts) as IE still haven't confirmed they've sent their users the comms to confirm migration to the new refset naming convention (but Terance's export now comes out in the new format, so can't reconcile!) - but at least we have the right number of refsets being changed, so we'll ask IE to validate detailed changes themselves
