Traceability matrix (Netherlands Edition - March 2025)
February 2025 PRODUCTION (PUBLISHED) vs March 2025 PRODUCTION (Version 1) traceability
MSSP TICKET: MSSP-3655
CONCLUSION: Changes as expected:
Readme file:

All file dates updated from 20250231 to 20250301 as planned
ANNOTATIONS REFSET FILES UPDATED WITH NEW NL CONTENT:
Sent Feikje note in the MSSP ticket to ask her to manually validate that these changes are as expected - CONFIRMED CORRECT IN MSSP TICKET
RefsetDescriptor records updated as expected (in line with NEW Refsets in MSSP Ticket):

0x refsets added confirmed, as per request in MSSP ticket:
3x refsets updated confirmed, as per request in MSSP ticket
++++++++++++++++++ DATA IN REFSET EXPORT PACKAGE ATTACHED TO TICKET *********************
So this package is simply a Delta export from Snowstorm - this means we have to find the appropriate Delta files, and match them with our RF2 snapshots (eg)
Delta file: "der2_Refset_Simple2581000146104Delta_NL_20250320.txt"
Changes match with PCR report
Delta file: "der2_Refset_Simple110851000146103Delta_NL_20250320.txt"
Changes match with PCR report
Delta file: "der2_Refset_Simple117721000146102Delta_NL_20250320.txt"
Changes match with PCR report
So take the number of new/inactivated records from the Delta file and confirm this matches with the numbers of new/inactived records WITH THE NEW EFFECTIVETIME in the relevant new Release package files
(all other refsets remain static as confirmed by NRC in MSSP ticket)
INTENSIONAL REFSETS
Dutch implants reference set - intensional 117721000146102
Hosted in the "der2_Refset_Simple117721000146102Delta_NL_20250320.txt" file
Checking the refset manually in the package:
Changes match with PCR report
MAPS:
Planned changes (from MSSP Ticket):
SNOMED CT allergens to drug excipient correlated map reference set 148521000146104
(hosted in "der2_scRefset_CorrelatedMapTypeReferenceSetSnapshot_NL1000146_20250331.txt")
SHOULD BE 4x inactive records according to Delta Export package attached to MSSP ticket
- PCR Report confirms CORRECT
BUT I WASN'T EXPECTING THIS, So Sent Feikje note in the MSSP ticket to ask her to manually validate that these changes are as expected - FEIKJE CONFIRMED THIS IS NOT AS EXPECTED IN MSSP TICKET!!!!
We agreed to proceed for now with the March release, and discuss fixing forward for their April release (negligible impact as these records don't even have valid map targets!)
Leong investigating in: ISRS-7257: Four mappings have been erroneously retiredResolved
Looks like the Delta's were somehow correctly applied to the Feb 25 release branch, but incorrectly applied to the mainline, resulting in the unexpected inactivations.
Leong will confirm that this is the case with the relevant parties and raise an implementation ticket to have this rectified in time for the April 2025 NL Release.
Planned to remain STATIC (according to MSSP ticket):
SNOMED CT patient problems to NANDA diagnosis correlated map reference set 31451000146105
