CONCLUSION:  All Changes match as expected EXCEPT FOR:

• Concept records are 9 counts different due to Promoted content - the SCS report shows 9 "Promoted" records - these records aren't shown SEPARATELY in the Manual comparison files...

  • STILL IN DEV!!  Peter + Elena confirmed reporting issue, and are working on aligning the PCR & SCS reports...
• 4x AttributeValue records diff to SCS report (asked NO team to investigate this in previous release: https://jira.ihtsdotools.org/browse/MSSP-2759)

    • 4 records removed
