Generic Observables model

@Daniel Karlsson

  • Process observables and INHERES IN can be interpreted as a role chain: sct:INHERES IN → bfo2:S-DEPENDS ON o bfo2:INHERES IN, i.e. there is some quality which the process depends on which inheres in some entity. E.g. "coagulation INHERES IN blood" means "there is a quality X which coagulation specifically depends on which inheres in blood".

  • Do we need to check already mapped LOINC rate observables?
