Script
Following is a script for the attached video.
Preamble: Welcome to the IHTSDO map tool video tutorials. This lead training video covers conflict resolution.
Open a browser and direct it to the landing page for the application
Log in as a specialist user (dmo)
RESULT: the glass pane comes up for a bit and takes the user to the main dashboard for dmo
Click on the conflict tab of the Assigned Work widget.
Click on the new radio button and start resolving the conflict for 703973009 First and second branchial arch syndrome
Show the various components of the two records in conflict. Owner, map entries, map notes, principles.
Show the Conflict Report with the reasons for conflict.
Demonstrate the 'Mark as Not in Conflict' button. Demonstrate the 'Unmark' button.
Initiate error feedback to Kelly Read. Select error. Enter feedback message. Click 'Submit Feedback' button.
RESULT: Show how feedback entry appears above error feedback text box on the Kelly Read's left side of the dashboard.
Initiate group feedback to all mappers. Select all mappers from the recipient pick-list. Enter feedback message. Click 'Submit Feedback' button.
RESULT: Show how feedback entry appears above group feedback text box.
Point out the 'Mark for Discrepancy Review' checkbox.
Click Submit Feedback button.
Use the Start here button on Nicola Ingram's record.
RESULT: Demonstrate how the record resolution section on the bottom of the dashboard is populated with a copy of Nicola's record.
Explain the 'Cancel', 'Clear', 'Save/Next' and 'Save For Later' options. Show the tooltip on the 'Save/Next' button indicating the next conflict to be resolved.
Click the Finish button to resolve the conflict.
RESULT: Return to the Assigned Work widget and view 703973009 First and second branchial arch syndrome in the Conflicts tab under the 'Resolved' radio button.
