Resources for training.

Following is a script for the attached video.

Preamble: Welcome to the IHTSDO map tool video tutorials. This lead training video covers lead features on the Available Work widget.

(Prerequisite: before running this test, make sure there are at least 6 conflicts available in dmo's available work; unassign if necessary)

Open a browser and direct it to the landing page for the application
Log in as a lead user (dmo)
- RESULT: the glass pane comes up for a bit and takes the user to the main dashboard for dmo
Click on the 'Concepts' tab of the Available work widget
Select a specialist from the 'Assign conflicts to' pick-list.
Assign a single concept to the specialist.
Assign a batch to a specialist.
Show that it is also possible to assign QA work to specialists.

Click on the 'Conflicts' tab of the Available work widget
Select a lead from the 'Assign conflicts to' pick-list.
Click the 'Claim' icon to assign a conflict to the selected specialist.
- RESULT: conflict will be removed from the available list; count on tab header will be decremented by 1
Select dmo from the 'Assign conflicts to' pick-list.
Display the batch size pick-list. Click the 'Assign Batch' button with a batch size of 5.
- RESULT: 5 conflicts will be removed from the available list; count on tab header will be decremented by 5
- RESULT: count on assigned work widget conflicts tab will be incremented by 5
Explain that the Review tab works the same as the conflicts tab.
Enter 'panic' in the search field.
- RESULT: Available list is filtered to display only those preferred names with 'panic' in them.
Click on the 'Reset' button to restore the full list of available work.
