    3. Rationale to do change

    4. ID deficiency of existing content

    5. Define implausibility of editing existing

    6. How are you using existing content?

    7. How are you overcoming deficiencies with current content?

  2. Impact of change on your organization?

  3. What is the process for transition?  Needs to be articulated in the briefing note/consultative note

  4. What to do with legacy content...how to handle it?  How convert old content to new representation needs to be articulated...implementation question.

  5. How does this group engage with adoption/transition/implementation?

  6. Make sure that link to implementation guide included.

  7. Discuss approach vs. pre-coordination
