1. Content release maps discussed. @Scott Campbell @Jieun Hwang will populate ICCR templates and circulate to CSRWG members and ICCR for content review.
   
   

2. Status? @Ian Green @Jane Millar to work with ICCR to see if such content can be included in implementation guide as appendices.  @Daniel Karlsson would like FHIR bindings discussed and articulated.

1. Concept created.  Is the name sufficient?  Is the definition adequate?  (Note: intramucosal carcinoma will NOT be subsumed by this concept.)

   Definition:  This concept represents a neoplasm considered pre-cancerous and/or with high potential to become malignant. In solid organ neoplasms, the neoplasm has not broken through a basement membrane, and in lymphoid neoplasms, no architectural effacement is present.

   All attendees agreed that this concept works with the removal of lymphoid neoplasms

Response to neoadjuvant therapy scores

Response scores and scales are variable between organs.  Yet, they are collected, considered important and not in SNOMED.

Suggest authoring a set of response scores and group as best as possible with definitions provided.
