Update on EAG and inactivation using "Ambiguous"

• Meeting with MHA and JCA was constructive and resulted in a request to all authors to ensure that each ambiguous concept inactivated had 2 or more "POSSIBLY_EQUIVALENT_TO" targets as appropriate.

• Agreed to have a discussion with Jim Campbell to explore his concerns.
