Inactivated concepts in July 2018 due to Nonconformance to editorial policy component without association to active concept

Several «Allergy» concepts have been inactivated without being associated to an active concept. Is the plan to add these association later?

For example: Allergy to dye (disorder) is now inactivated and is not associated to concept Allergic reaction caused by dye (disorder).
