Multi country browser (Has been the Multi-English browser)

• @Rory Davidson will be attending the meeting.

Summary: Rory has all the extension/editions required. These will be brought into the Multi browser during June by the Tech team. Initial plan is for yearly updates. Feedback on usefulness is encouraged.
