Change Logging

As part of the QA process for MS releases, it is important that NRC's keep some sort of change log to track what work has been done in the release. While it is true that the IHTSDO does have its own tools and reports, but this effectively means we "are checking our own homework". What solutions can we come up with that will allow Managed Service customers to do an independent check?
