  • Continue discussion from October meeting in Vancouver, with an aim for action items for the next meeting (if deemed appropriate) covering sharing information between NRCs themselves and the center

  • And continuing:

    • Consider the issues and challenges faced in meeting the content, quality and timeliness requirements for SNOMED CT

    • Propose possible solutions to solve these challenges

    • Develop a high level roadmap to achieve improvements in content, quality and speed of SNOMED CT delivery

  1. How do we reduce work effort for duplication in translating SNOMED CT?

  2. How do we deal with overlap areas?

    1. Can organizations provide a gap analysis of what is not in SNOMED CT?

    2. How big is the problem of frequently used missing content?

  3. Can we forecast the amount of content that potentially could be included per year? Do we need to?
