On the Organizations-Projects page (showing SNOMED International as example), press the Configuration button (button icon is three gears) in the left sidebar.

The Organization Configuration page will be presented. It has four sections: Profile: Update the organization profile Profile Picture: Update the profile picture for the organization. Organizational Audit Trail: Click the Organizational Audit Trail button to open the audit trail. Remove This Organization: Remove the organization. |  |
