View My Organization (Admin of the Organization)

How to view my organization.

Prerequisite steps: Log in to Reference Set Tool 2.0; View My Dashboard (Admin). Administrator for the Organization must be added  to "Administrators of the Organization" team for your Organization. Contact Rory Davidson - rda@snomed.org to be added.

The My Organizations section of the My Dashboard page lists all organizations in which the user is a member.

















Select any organization in the list to open the Organizations-Projects page.





The Organizations-Projects page contains:



Projects table: All the projects in the selected organization in table format (showing Belgian Extension as example).

The table contains the following columns: 

  1.  

    1. Project Name 

    2. Lock Icon: Indicates a project that the user is not a member of.  

    3. Description: Description of the project. 

    4. Teams: Shows the number of teams associated with the project. Hover to see a list of the individual teams within the project. 

Create New Project Button: An admin may press the button to start the project creation process. The button is only visible on the page for admin users in the organization. 

NOTE: In order to Create a New Project, you must first be a member of the team "Administrators of the Organization" for your Organization. Please reach out to Rory Davidson - rda@snomed.org to be added.
