BE CAREFUL HERE!!!  The Spanish terms now also include some ">" characters! 

• So you need to search in the diff file for the new effectiveTime+tab (in the case "20221031\t1\t"), this gives number of added/updated records

• So you need to search in the diff file for the new effectiveTime+tab (in the case "20221031\t0\t"), this gives number of inactivated records

• So you need to search in the diff file for the new effectiveTime+tab (in the case "20221031\t") instead of ">", gives TOTAL number of changed records

  • FYI - you can also try searching for "> " (with a space after the arrow), as this should also match TOTAL number of changes (without ">" in terms)
