Content Validation 

1. Instead of usual manual Content validation, we now just need confirmation that all Projects had automated validation run against them, and were clean before promotion.

2. New Issues identified by the community from the previous Monthly Release.

One concept deleted after promotion 123131000119105 |Benign carcinoid tumor of transverse colon (disorder)| - created + deleted within same cycle, therefore shouldn't appear in Release at all

March 2024 release -

  • ICD-O = 20 new but may show up as ????? as some not mappable.

    • Actual RF2 count = 6 new + 2 inactivations

July 2024 Release -

• Concept deleted from Main after promotion 445051000124100 |Social support status (finding)|

  • Rick confirmed that it will disappear in tonight's feed - DONNA TO CONFIRM ON 7/6/24 THAT THIS CONCEPT HAS NOW DISAPPEARED FROM MAPPING FEED - DONNA CONFIRMED via Slack

  • AAT then double checked final Release Package, which does not contain concept 445051000124100, neither in the Concept files, or either of the mapping files

  • ICD-10 = 376 new + ????(HIGH NUMBER THIS CYCLE - 2000 odd) additional changes

    • Activity on mapping QA which will appear as edits.

    • Actual RF2 count = 970 new + 238 inactivations 

  • ICD-O = 9 new but may show up as ????? as some not mappable.

    • Actual RF2 count = 6 new + 2 inactivations

• DONNA ALSO CONFIRMED THAT SHE WOULD LIKE TO DOWNGRADE THE MAPPING FAILURE THAT WE HAD TO EXCEPTION LIST THIS TIME (in ISRS-6985) from a FAILURE to a WARNING, because this situation is almost always a valid scenario whereby one disease/vaccine etc has caused multiple impacts, and therefore Mapping the same mapTarget and mapRule to different Map groups is perfectly valid.  AAT to therefore request that assertion 8e70ea3e-c4dd-4ae3-8b75-f0567e42f670 be downgraded to a Warning...

Brief run through of the known issues already identified by the content team during the QA batch process, to ensure that technical team are aware of them, and can either resolve them in time for the release, or confirm as known issues.

Role grouping changes promoted for procedures and observables.

101 annotations promoted for Orphanet - AAT then double checked final Release Package, which does indeed contain 101 new Component Annotation records - all set to:
