Content Validation 

1. Instead of usual manual Content validation, we now just need confirmation that all Projects had automated validation run against them, and were clean before promotion.

Mapping schedule

January 2024 release -

• Maria will create the mapping upload tasks after this call today, slight change in usual schedule due to London meetings this week.

February 2024 release -

One concept deleted after promotion 123131000119105 |Benign carcinoid tumor of transverse colon (disorder)| - created + deleted within same cycle, therefore shouldn't appear in Release at all

March 2024 release -

Brief run through of the known issues already identified by the content team during the QA batch process, to ensure that technical team are aware of them, and can either resolve them in time for the release, or confirm as known issues.

Checked with Yong - Release file format changes for the annotations ref set: We only need to change the field name in the annotation refset files. The languageCode field to be changed to langagueDialectCode. I also add notes to the file specification document. The wording for languageCode needs to be updated.
