FYI - had to add this in manually (VIA THE ExternallyMaintainedRefset FOLDER) as something went wrong with the new DevOps process to add the refsets into the BEREFSETS project & then rebase into BEREL.  ONLY this refset was omitted somehow, so we need to run a post-mortem and find out the root cause to improve the process for next cycle.
