Format changed back to the old format:

• < alternateIdentifier    effectiveTime    active    moduleId    identifierSchemeId    referencedComponentId

• > identifierSchemeId    alternateIdentifier    effectiveTime    active    moduleId    referencedComponentId

As expected, as we had to do this in order to align the new October 2023 Orphanet release with its Dependent International Edition package (July 2023), which was still on the old format of the Identifier files, as the dev team missed the deadline and the new version was only allowed into the International Edition from the August 2023 release onwards...
