LOINC - SNOMED CT cooperation

• Total substances discussed and resolved. Total substances can (approximately) be represented by their "normal" SNOMED CT substance concepts. Subsumption that follows is ok.

• See attached slidtes

  • Virus/Bacteria identified, subsumption ok

  • "Tested for" is should not be susbsumed by "Indentified" observables. However, as there isn't a model for "observables of procedures", "Tested for" defer for now, "Tested for" can also be represented using panels.
