Feminism in boy and Masculinism in girl

Feminism in boy and Masculinism in girl

We have received an enquiry from the UK regarding the following 2 concepts in SNOMED CT:
191788006 | Feminism in boy (finding) (synonyms femininity / effeminacy)
191789003 | Masculinism in girl (finding) (synonyms masculinity / tomboyishness)

It would appear that the source of these concepts is from Read Codes v2 and they seem to exist as index descriptions in ICD-9-CM linked to gender identity disorders.

Given the current discussions on sex and gender I wondered whether it would be appropriate to add this to that broader discussion?

We need to establish whether these are considered as appropriate concepts for use and if not whether they should be inactivated or replaced by a concept/description which is more appropriate.
