Australian project is cardiovascular focussed, collecting data in SNOMED format and transmitting in FHIR. Projects will develop Valuesets which can be reused. Current Phenotype coverage at 35 - 40% (pre-coordinated) rising to 80 - 85% when post-coordinating. |
