5 | Australian Genomics Pilot Presentation | 60 | Dr Alejandro Metke Jimenez @michael lawley | @Ian Green : Two projects set up. Australian project is cardiovascular focussed, collecting data in SNOMED format and transmitting in FHIR. Projects will develop Valuesets which can be reused. Current Phenotype coverage at 35 - 40% (pre-coordinated) rising to 80 - 85% when post-coordinating. |
