Continuation of laterality discussion

JCA will be preparing a MB briefing document for approval of the large scale project prior to gaining support from the user community. The proposal will need review from additional advisory groups: Modeling, Content and Release. Additionally, editorial guidance on which body structure concepts should be used in relationships will be drafted

A question has arisen as to whether there is now a need in RF2 to mandate a description that matches the FSN without the semantic tag.
