Continuation of laterality discussion

JCA will be preparing a MB briefing document for approval of the large scale project prior to gaining support from the user community. The proposal will need review from additional advisory groups: Modeling, Content and Release. Additionally, editorial guidance on which body structure concepts should be used in relationships will be drafted

Addition of "DURING" attribute

@Bruce Goldberg presented a draft of a combined Inception/Elaboration document. It was determined that additional input from the ECE was needed before moving this forward.

Need for description that matches FSN

A question has arisen as to whether there is now a need in RF2 to mandate a description that matches the FSN without the semantic tag.

Use of URLs in concept definitions

Advise on a policy to allow or disallow URLs in text descriptions for concepts.

It has been suggested that the calls be extended to 90 minutes.

The AG agreed that the fourth Monday of the month at 1600 UTC worked best. Next scheduled meeting would have been Jan 25. That conflicts with an IHTSDO team meeting. Alternate date requested.
